TESTIMONIALS
"This past year, our church community and site were blessed by the Jeremiah Project. Through this initiative, the team captured heartwarming photos of Thai families and friends during our Thanksgiving outreach. It was a perfect addition to our theme, bringing together people who wanted to celebrate the loved ones they were thankful for.
Additionally, we partnered with our local ministry to reach out to workers in the red-light district. Seeing both men and women step in front of the camera, smiling and laughing, filled my heart with joy. For a moment, the worries of the day faded away. They weren’t defined by their circumstances—they were simply people, enjoying the moment of having their portraits taken. And that was enough.
Through both outreaches, I witnessed the power of photography in bringing people together. A simple camera became a tool for connection, making individuals feel special, seen, and cared for. The beauty of this experience was not just in the pictures that were taken but in the joy, dignity, and sense of belonging it brought to so many."

"As Alliance for Refugees celebrated our 1-year anniversary and the resilience of our new refugee neighbors, Deborah and her team joined the party. Our families fled their homes and countries due to persecution, leaving everything behind. Now, years later, in a safe place, in a new culture and welcoming community, they finally have a new keepsake. There were many happy tears as they held a family photo once again. We are so very grateful for the Jeremiah Photo Project and their amazing work."

"At our recent Breakfast with Santa outreach for the community, we had the pleasure of serving alongside Deborah Land and the Jeremiah Photo Project. I can't say enough about what a blessing it was to work with this wonderful organization. Their professionalism and kindness were on display for all to see. The impact of how they served poor, underprivileged families in our community will last a lifetime. It was great meeting Deborah and seeing her heart for the poor. We Look forward to working alongside the Jeremiah Photo Project in the future."

“I couldn’t picture the impact that Deborah’s ministry had to offer until I saw her on the ground in Malawi, taking photos of people in very remote areas, and in a matter of ten minutes, handing people a matted framed picture of themselves. The joy and laughter that resulted was amazing to witness."

"Working with Deborah was a wonderful addition to our team when she joined our group in February 2022. Although our focus is on health screenings and preventive health education, Deborah brought her photography skills to capture the beauty of the people of the community of Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala, Her warm and friendly demeanor made the women and children of the community feel comfortable and she provided them with a wonderful family keepsake of a printed family photograph. I certainly hope that we can work together again in the future."

"The Jeremiah Photo Project's presence at Loaves and Fishes continues to flood my memories. The dinner guests who had their photos taken were related. Some families, single folks, and couples had never been photographed together. Oh the smiles! Thank you for bringing a little more joy to God's children who rarely have the opportunity to smile."
