Please meet our Board of Directors.
We are very grateful for the time and commitment they have given to the Jeremiah Photo Project.

Pastor Boyd Hannold
Vice President

I have been in some type of full time Christian non-profit work for 41 years. I have lived in the US as well as Thailand. Currently I am the Lead Pastor of Princeton Alliance Church in Plainsboro, New Jersey. We have partnerships with nonprofits in Thailand, the Dominican Republic, India, China, and are seeking to establish two more in Central America and specifically with refugees in West Africa. I also work with the US Committee on Refugees and Immigrants through their daughter organization I-RISE of Highland Park. I have been married for 42 years and have three children and one grandchild.

Dr. Nigel Brown
Treasurer

Born and raised in England, I spent a decade in Canada before settling in the USA, which I've now called home for more than 20-yrs. Professionally, I have dedicated my life to developing new medicines, having watched first-hand the heavy toll that disease can inflict, in the hope that I can help reduce suffering.Raised in the Church of England, and having been taught the importance of giving back, I'm privileged to serve a number of charitable organizations, including food banks, schools, social service agencies, and the very important work done by the Jeremiah Photo Project. None of which would be possible without the caring support of my devoted partner, Violet, and loving daughter, Sofia.

Arlene Sengstack
Secretary

I am currently responsible for Donor Development at Hope Unlimited for Children, a faith-based organization committed to rescuing street children in Brazil.  With a degree in piano performance, Arlene began her professional career at an international educational music publishing company.  In 1986 she founded AV Search Consultants, New Jersey’s first legal search firm. In 2010, I left the secular business world and dedicated myself to kingdom work.  I initially worked at Princeton Alliance Church and, since 2012, I have been responsible for development with Remember Nhu and Hope Unlimited for Children.  Both organizations align with my passion for children and my fundamental belief that the only real hope rests in the transformational power of the love of Jesus Christ.

Cass Macdonald
Board Member

I hold dear these vlaues: service to others in need, the power of education and the arts, and a deep reverence for life and the power of people to do good.

These values have been nurtured by my personal faith in Holy Jesus Christ and his Mother, the Blessed Mary.

I worked to form the Friends of Princeton Academy in Princeton, NJ, in support of independent Christian education, and I am a participant in  the Grace Jones Richardson Trust.

My son, Rob, kindly wrote this of me: My mother stands up for those often overlooked and is a humble proponent for doing good in the world.

I absolutely cherish my two children, Annie & Rob.

Deborah Land
Founder and Executive Director

I  founded the Jeremiah Photo Project in 2019 to share the love of Jesus Christ by gifting heirloom quality family photos to those who cannot afford professional photos.  Family photos connect us with our past and our future, a future graced by God’s provision and mercy. I am a fine art photographer and arts educator with a BFA and MFA in studio art.  This project began in 2014 at Mission 2535 in the Dominican Republic when I photographed missionary families and those they served.  I asked the missionaries to pray for this project and God has provided beautiful pathways into  photographing families around the world. My husband, Christopher Mather, is my proofreader, photo assistant and airport limo service.  My children are my inspiration.
